Goal

Site redesign focused on improving usability and performance through simplified navigation, faster load times, and optimized mobile responsiveness. Streamlining the checkout process and adding guest checkout aimed to reduce friction, boost conversions, and enhance customer satisfaction.

02 Role

As a contract designer, I collaborated with the design team to adapt a client-provided template and design system into a cohesive e-commerce experience. I customized pages with brand colors, typography, and visuals to ensure consistency, mobile responsiveness, and an engaging user journey—resulting in improved navigation, stronger brand presence, and increased user engagement.

Colors & Typography

The brand color palette features a vibrant combination of warm, modern tones that create an inviting and playful visual identity. The palette works effectively across both digital and print applications, ensuring visual harmony throughout all touchpoints.

It reinforces brand recognition and strengthens the overall design system, conveying a sense of warmth and approachability that resonates with pet owners.
