Based on brand guidelines and templates provided by an outside agency, redesigned and rebranded PetSmart's U.S. and Canadian e-commerce websites. We improved usability by 25% and increased customer satisfaction through user-centered design.

In addition, I assisted the email team and maintained the website's content as well as troubleshooting any technical issues that arose. Also worked closely with the marketing team to ensure our content was up-to-date and engaging.
